50 Times Better
Brand Identity

Client Overview

Founded in 2013, 50 Times Better Home Search Team is a results-driven, full-service real estate brokerage serving Middle Tennessee. Combining extensive market knowledge, innovative technology, and a client-first approach, the company is committed to making every step of the real estate journey simpler, more efficient, and more rewarding.

The challenge was to develop a distinctive and memorable visual identity that could communicate professionalism, reliability, and confidence while reflecting the company's forward-thinking approach to real estate.

The brand needed a recognizable identity capable of building trust with clients and maintaining consistency across digital and physical touchpoints, from online property listings and marketing materials to signage and corporate communications.

Why Elle Visual

Our approach focused on translating the personality and ambitions of 50 Times Better into a simple, recognizable, and versatile logo design.

Rather than relying on conventional real estate imagery, we concentrated on creating a distinctive relationship between the pictogram and the logotype. Both elements were designed to express the brand's individual character while contributing to a cohesive visual identity.

One of the defining strengths of the solution is its flexibility. The pictogram can function independently as a recognizable brand symbol, while the logotype maintains a strong visual personality even without the accompanying icon. Together, they create a balanced and adaptable identity that works across different applications, formats, and scales.

The result is a modern, timeless real estate brand identity designed to strengthen recognition, communicate confidence, and support the company's long-term growth.

For 50 Times Better, the goal was not simply to create a logo, but to establish a visual signature that clients could recognize, trust, and remember.
